How do I report a lost item?

Did you forget or lose an item during your stay? No worries, we have you covered!

After our cleaners return from cleaning the property and submit their found items, our system will match this to your lost item.

If found, you’ll receive an email to complete the shipping information. A few days later, your lost item is on its way!

 

Haven't received an update?

If you do not receive an update after 5 to 7 business days from the time that you reported your lost/missing item. You may reach out to us using the link below:

Please note that any found items will be removed from our system and donated to charity 20 days after checkout/date found.
