If you encounter issues with hot water in your accommodation, please follow these steps:

Kitchen Hot Water Issues

If the problem is only with the kitchen hot water:

      • Locate the boiler under the sink.
Switch it off, wait for a moment, then switch it back on.

No Hot Water or Sanitary Hot Water Issue

If the issue affects sanitary hot water or there's no hot water in the accommodation, follow these instructions:

  • Check the Boiler Display:

    • If the pressure is below 1 bar, you need to increase it.
  • Locate the Two Red Valves Underneath the Heater:

    • These valves are on a metal pipe. One valve is visible in the sample picture below, and the other is on the opposite end of the pipe.
  • Open Both Red Valves:

    • Turn them 90 degrees.
  • Monitor the Pressure on the Display:

    • When the pressure reaches between 1.5 to 2 bar, close both valves by turning them 90 degrees back to their original position.
  • Reset the Heater:

    • If you still don't have warm water after this process, switch the heater off, wait a moment, then switch it back on.
