Can I receive the photos?

Upon termination of the collaboration, all information and data created by HUSWELL remain the property of HUSWELL.

 This includes:

📌 Floor plans & drawings
 📌 Reports & written content
 📌 Photos of the property


📷 Want to Keep the Professional Photos?

If you’d like to retain the professional photos of your property, this is possible for a one-time fee of €250 (incl. VAT).


✔ Why Is There a Fee?

  • The copyrights of the photos belong to the photographer by default.
  • To transfer these rights, a buyout fee is required.

✔ How Does It Work?

1️⃣ Inform us that you’d like to purchase the photos.
2️⃣ After payment, you will receive the photos via WeTransfer.


💡 What Did You Pay for at the Start?

At the start of the collaboration, you paid for the execution of the photoshoot, not for the copyrights.

These copyrights remain with the photographer unless you purchase them through this arrangement.
