Step-by-Step guide to creating your listing on Huswell
Log into your Account
Start by logging into your Huswell account using your credentials. Once you're successfully logged in, you'll be directed to your dashboard where you can manage all aspects of your property listings.
Click on 'Add Listing'
On the dashboard, look for the option labeled "Add Listing" and click on it. This action will guide you through the necessary steps to create a new listing for your property.
Click 'Get Started'
After clicking on "Add Listing," you'll be prompted to click the "Get Started" button. This will initiate the process, walking you step-by-step through all the necessary information to complete your listing.
Provide Detailed Information About Your Property
You will be asked to provide detailed information about your property, such as:

- Whether the entire property is available or if you are renting out just one room.
- The maximum number of guests your space can accommodate.
- The type of property (e.g., apartment, house, or vacation rental).
Specify the Amenities and Facilities
Next, you will need to list all available amenities and facilities that are included with the property. This can include features like:

Availability

Huswell Magic
After you’ve completed the initial steps, your listing will move to the Huswell Magic phase. During this step, our team will review your listing, optimize pricing, and ensure seamless integration with Online Travel Agencies (OTAs) like Airbnb, Booking.com, and others. We’ll handle all the technical details to set your property up for success.
Once everything is ready, you’ll receive a notification inviting you to review your listing. You can suggest any changes or updates at this stage. Once finalized, you can open your calendar and start accepting bookings! Huswell makes it easy to go live and begin hosting with confidence.
