Create a manual block

We understand that at times, there may be a need for you to block your calendar either for maintenance, cleaning or for other reasons.

You can put a block on your property for personal use at any time, for a minimum of 2 nights per reservation, as long as it hasn’t been booked by guests. You can easily put a block via the HUSWELL Owner App or the HUSWELL Platform, but please ensure this is done at least 48 hours before the check-in time.

 

How do I put a block or make a reservation on the platform?
Follow these steps to create a reservation or block:

  1. Select the listing you wish to block.

  2. Navigate to the Calendar tab.

  3. Click the Create Reservation button.

  4. Choose the Block Calendar option and select the appropriate listing, then click Continue.

  5. Enter the dates you wish to block.

  6. Click Continue.

Your Block is now scheduled!
