How do I request to cancel a reservation?

We understand that at times, you may have to request to cancel a guest's reservation for various reasons.

Here at Huswell, requesting a cancellation has never been easier. You can do so by visiting our Host App. Please see the steps below:

  1. Click on the listing where you want to request a cancellation thru our Host App.
  2. Click on your Calendar or Reservations page to view upcoming reservations.
  3. Select the Reservation that you wish to cancel.
  4. You should see the option to REQUEST CANCELLATION.


5. Indicate the reason for cancellation.

 

Once submitted, we will review your request and we'll provide you an update within 24 to 48 hours.

Please be advised that cancellation penalties may apply depending on the booking platforms policies.
