  • Depending on the season, we apply a minimum stay requirement.
  • During high-demand periods, this minimum stay may increase.
  • If the dates approach without bookings, the minimum stay may decrease to attract more reservations.

 

Why Isn’t Your Listing Showing?

Your property may not appear in search results due to the following reasons:

Your listing is unavailable for the selected dates.

  • Example: If your minimum stay requirement is 4 nights for June 10-12, but a guest searches for 2 nights, your property will not appear.
