If you need to reset your password, follow these steps:

  1. Log out (if needed):
    If you are currently logged in, log out to access the login screen.

  2. Click the "Forgot Password" option:

    • On the login screen, enter your email address and click Continue.1-2
    • Select the option Forgot your password?2-2
  3. Re-enter your email:
    Enter your email address again when prompted.3-2

  4. Check your email:
    Look for an email from HUSWELL containing instructions to reset your password.

    • Open the email and click the button or the link provided.4-3
  5. Verify your account:
    You will be taken to a verification page. Click Continue to proceed.5-2

  6. Create a new password:
    Enter your new password on the provided page and confirm it.6-2

  7. Log in with your new password:
    Once your password is updated, return to the login screen and sign in with your new credentials.
