3.1. Information and Content on the Website

HUSWELL strives to ensure that the information on the Website—including all data and content, such as photos, videos, texts, etc.—is accurate, complete, and up-to-date. Despite our efforts, inaccuracies may occur for which HUSWELL accepts no liability.

3.1.2.

HUSWELL cannot guarantee that there will be no malfunctions, interruptions, or technical issues that may restrict or prevent access to the Website.

3.2.1.

You must have a reliable and stable internet connection and adequate hardware and software for using the Website’s services. You must also have up-to-date antivirus, antispyware, and firewall protection.

3.2.2.

If HUSWELL’s systems, those of its representatives, subcontractors, suppliers, or other users suffer damage due to viruses or harmful files you transmit, you will be fully and solely liable for all damages, indemnifying HUSWELL against any third-party claims.

3.3. Measures

3.3.1.

HUSWELL has the right to deny you access to the Website (or parts of it) and/or terminate your agreement immediately if you violate these terms, HUSWELL’s privacy policy, or other contractual provisions. In such cases, HUSWELL is not liable for any damages you may incur.
