Understanding the Owner (Host) Payout per listing
The payout process is designed to ensure transparency and simplicity. Below is a clear explanation of how and when you, as an owner (Host), will receive your earnings, along with the deductions that are applied per listing.

Listing Payout Calculation
The total amount paid to the owner is based on the allocated Incomes, minus the allocated and associated expenses. Here’s a standard breakdown of the calculation:

Net Rental Income: This is total of the "Net Accommodation Fare", "Cleaning Fare", "Linen fare" and any other incomes as specified in the terms for a specific reservation
- Guest Taxes: This is total of the guest taxes paid by the guest for a resetvation, if these were not included in the Net Accommodation Fare

OTA Commission (Booking platform services): The OTA commission is a fee charged by the agency (e.g., Airbnb, Booking.com, HomeAway or others). The percentage of this fee varies depending on the specific platform and is calculated on the Subtotal of a reservation.

PMC Commission (Huswell platform services): This is a percentage agreed upon in your contract with Huswell. It covers the services provided by Huswell to manage your property effectively and is calculated on the Net Rental Income of a reservation.

Monthly Listing Fee (Huswell Platform): To ensure safe and secure payment processing, fees are applied. These are standard charges from payment processors to handle transactions.

Listing Payout Timing
Owner payouts are processed monthly, typically before the last day of the month after the reservations' check-out date. The payout reflects the earnings generated from reservations made by guests with checkout dates in the previous month.
For example:
- If a guest stays from October 28th to November 3rd, the revenue for this reservation will be allocated to November, and included in December's payout..
- Revenue for stays with checkout dates in December will be part of January’s payout.
This approach ensures all completed reservations are accounted for in the payout calculations and Huswell has received all payouts from the booking platforms (OTA's).
