At the beginning of September, we implemented an important technical update to both our IT and financial systems at HUSWELL. This update also included a renewed version of the well-known Owner/Host Statement, designed to offer you clearer and more transparent reporting moving forward.
The good news is that the underlying technical problem has now been fully resolved. This means that payouts for reservations with check-outs in November and beyond will once again be processed normally, just as you are used to.
During this transition, however, unexpected technical issues arose. These issues affected the processing of certain reservations and their corresponding payouts. As a result, some payments related to reservations with check-outs in August, September, and October were not processed as usual.
Our team is currently working on two things simultaneously::
- Resolving the underlying issue, and
- Conducting a complete manual review of all affected reservations..
Each reservation is being manually checked and carefully reconciled. When everything is correct, the payout is processed immediately. If we identify discrepancies, they are corrected first and then paid out. Because this work must be done manually, it takes time, but it is essential to ensure total accuracy. We are processing a number of reservations and payouts each day, and once we reach yours, you will receive your payment automatically. You do not need to take any action..
We understand that this situation may cause inconvenience and frustration, and we sincerely apologize. Your trust is extremely important to us, and we will continue to communicate transparently until all remaining delays have been fully reviewed and resolved.
