How can I terminate a listing agreement?

At Huswell, we understand that hosting needs may change over time. If you decide to terminate your listing subscription, we aim to make the process as smooth and transparent as possible. Here's everything you need to know:

Termination Requirements

  • No Active Reservations: You can terminate your listing subscription at any time, provided there are no active reservations associated with the listing.

  • Upcoming Reservations: If you have any upcoming reservations, they must be completed before termination. Alternatively, you can request cancellations of these reservations. You can see the steps on how to request for a cancellation by visiting How do I request to cancel a reservation

How to Terminate Your Listing

  1. Fill out our Termination Form: Navigate to Termination Form to initiate the termination process.

  2. Follow the Instructions: Complete the termination procedure by following the on-screen steps. You'll be guided through any final details.

  3. Receive approval or denial depending on the requirements.
    1. Upon approval, we'll inform you of the next steps.
    2. Upon denial, you'll be asked to complete the outstanding reservations or cancel those first.
